Overall a good experience: the wait was not long (even though we went in fairly late in the day on a Friday, and then again on a Monday). Also, Holly (a trainee) was an absolute joy to work with: she was very pleasant and professional, and seemed to care a great deal about her job. We did work with another trainee (we had to come back a second time), whose name escapes me but also had a great demeanor and did a great job.The woman training Holly (name was Sienna, I believe; she had very bright blue hair) was another story. When we were called up to the counter, she mispronounced our name as "Roose" (it's "Rouse" just like "house" or "mouse"), which I didn't think was a big deal but I did say the correct pronunciation. She shrugged her shoulders at me and said "Rouse, Roose," like it didn't matter or like I don't know how to pronounce my last name. I was also a bit stunned at the fact that she was using her phone at the counter while sitting there, supposedly training Holly; this seemed a bit lackadaisical and unprofessional to me. Overall surly, and put a damper on an otherwise great experience.

My experience was really nice, very less wait times, I got my vehicle registration done in less than 10min , I dont know why people write bad reviews without a reason. No one was rude to me.Just be prepared and carry the documents needed while going to DMV, then u won't be disappointed. The board outside clearly says, "No drivers licenses are issued," and yet people go inside, get a token, and sit there to get disappointed.

Just like every single DMV out there. Super slow, the receptionists are power hungry and give zero craps about anything.

I transfer a title over and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The worker's were friendly and helpful, always enjoyed coming here for renewing my tabs or title transfer.

Service in here definitely not friendly at all.
